The Empower Campaign is P3GQA’s initiative dedicated to making the P3GP® (Project, Programme & Portfolio Governance Professional) certification more accessible to professionals across different economic brackets. Rooted in principles of inclusivity, equity, and fairness, the campaign reflects P3GQA’s unwavering commitment to excellence in project, programme, and portfolio governance education on a global scale.

Building on comprehensive research and data from the United Nations and the World Bank’s economic classifications, the Empower Campaign offers P3GP® courses at an adjusted price, tailored to the purchasing power of candidates in Low-Income Countries (LICs), Lower-Middle-Income Countries (LMCs), and select Upper-Middle-Income Countries (UMCs).

Bridging the Certification Gap: 40% Discount on Selected P3GP Instructor-Led, Live Virtual Courses

The Empower Campaign is designed to remove financial barriers and enable professionals from economically disadvantaged regions to access world-class governance education. P3GQA will offer a 40% discount to candidates from countries with a Gross National Income (GNI) per capita below $14,000, among other assessment criteria, ensuring affordability and accessibility for interested and eligible professionals.

By offering financial support, the Empower Campaign aims to equip individuals with project governance expertise that fosters professional growth, enhances organisational success, and contributes to sustainable economic development.

Candidates from High-Income Countries (HICs) and select Upper-Middle-Income Countries (UMCs) will retain the standard certification course pricing of £1,195, ensuring the campaign’s financial sustainability while supporting those in need.
