ATO ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS 2024

The purpose of the Roundtable Discussion Series organised by P3GQA is to augment the business development efforts of the ATO partner network and ensure successful P3GP training events in 2024! We invite you to complete the form below so that we can start working on your Roundtable Series!

What is the lead planning time for a roundtable discussion series

We request a 45 day notice period to properly plan and execute a successful roundtable discussion series for our ATOs. Planning ahead of time will help us to position the dates for these roundtable discussion series at least 3 weeks ahead of your scheduled P3GP course/es so that our joint business development efforts can yield on time.

What is the duration of each roundtable discussion?

The duration of each roundtable discussion is 1 hour. If you wish to extend the duration, this can be arranged.

Which platform will be used?

At the moment the platform we have dedicated to this is ZOOM. We are exploring other platforms at the moment and another solution may be introduced in 2024.

Is business soliciting limited to P3G products/services?

The short answer is no, ATO’s can offer to showcase their entire portfolio to their roundtable discussion participants, but we must remember that this is an activity aimed to ensure ATO’s P3GP Courses are fully booked and the P3GP Product placement must be given priority.

Do you need to prepare a presentation?

No, this is a free-form discussion between the facilitator (ATO Trainer) and 12 other senior executives, the aim is to discuss governance challenges, network, build business relationships. Presentation snippets can be used but are not encouraged.

Will registrant information be shared with ATOs?

Yes, all registration details of the participants will be shared with the ATO leading the particular series. Candidates will be made aware that their information is being passed to our ATO partners.

How many roundtables can be hosted in one series?

One series can include up to 5 roundtable discussion sessions, as the duration of each session is one hour. Breaks between each discussion session would need to be planned, we don’t think one facilitator can handle more than 5 in one day. Those ATOs that have more than one Authorised Trainer have an advantage to schedule more sessions during the day of the series and meet more candidates.
