Deborah Hopkins-Hurt

Deborah is an Executive Director of AHE Partnership; a Fellow of Association for Project Management and Fellow of Australian Institute of Project Management. An experienced, motivated, and qualified P3M, P3G, P3O leader and manager, with over 20years experience, with a rounded foundation in global industry best practice.  Her focus these days is strategic analysis, governance, design and start-up of benefits-led business change portfolio and programme management offices; providing P3 management support, training and mentoring.

Deborah’s awareness of best practice methods enables her to provide sound and practical advice, support and challenge; and delivers P3M and P3G maturity and capability assessments and assurance reviews throughout the business change and delivery lifecycle.
